Senior Support Engineer
I have partnered with a global business well established within the online gaming/gambling industry who have ambitious growth plans for 2024. The company have a wide array of clients ranging from independent gaming studios to the world's largest online casinos delivered into by teams across UK, Canada, South Africa, and China.
The role is home based but you will need the ability to travel to Oxford averaging 3/5 times per month on average.
Key Skills Required:
- End User Support: 5+ years in a Microsoft-based environment.
- Desktop Hardware Support: Specifying, ordering, onboarding, and troubleshooting desktop/laptop equipment.
- Consumer Internet Support: Experience with home Internet connections, Wi-Fi, and Routers.
- Microsoft Environment Management: Experience with Azure AD, Intune, MDM, and Office 365.
