We are looking for a ServiceNow Implementation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients digital transformation journey.

Your mission? To ensure seamless adoption of ServiceNow across their organization, impacting 50,000 devices and influencing policy and procedure compliance. No formal education experience required-just a proven track record of getting things done!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Roadmaps: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear objectives, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of digital projects. Your focus? Ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Technical System Configuration: Guide company-wide system configuration, optimization, and maintenance. Your expertise will drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, to align ServiceNow with business needs. Your ability to navigate complex relationships will be crucial.
  • Policy and Procedure Compliance: Champion adherence to policies and procedures, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing governance.
  • Hybrid Approach: While we don't rule out hybrid solutions, we prefer candidates who can commit to on-site work for a few weeks initially.
