Contract Desktop Support Analyst (Contract)

Duration: 6 Weeks
The Role:
Lorien Global are working in partnership with a multinational organisation in Manchester City Centre. With an ever-growing workload and a massive need for support at present we are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who is immediately available to support them through a busy project timeline.
Your role is to successfully support the business operations and ensure a streamlined delivery. Taking ownership of any technical faults that come through the support queue.
The Skill Requirements:
We're looking for candidates who have a blend of the following skills:
- Management of Windows Server (Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
- Understanding of typical hardware faults (Printers, Laptops, Desktops etc.)
- Knowledge of ideally supporting both but one is OK (Windows OS & iOS)
- Good understanding of SCCM and Laptop builds
- Understanding of Office 365 including SharePoint and InTune
Interviews will be taking place immediately, therefore submit your CV to be considered.
Day rate is up to £180-225/day the contract length willl be 6 weeks.
