As Software Developer your main responsibilities will involve:

Developing large, business critical solutions

Supporting existing functionality and expanding upon it for new feature requests

Being innovative and creating bespoke solutions utilising a wide variety of technologies

Writing automated tests

Mentoring and teaching others and contributing to the continual improvement of the groups skills, knowledge and practices.

Software release into production.

Skills Required:

*Need previous experience in Financial Services*

Extensive experience working with a variety of technologies to an advanced level, including Scripting languages (especially Python) and databases (especially. MS SQL).

Our preferred language is Python, but we have a variety of other technologies within our portfolio such as: SQL, SSIS, .Net, Java, etc.

Firm understanding of Agile methodologies ideally TDD and pair programming

Proficiency in writing automated tests.
