We are working with a leading consultancy and they're in need of an Agile Coach f or a piece of work they are delivering for a banking client.
What will you be doing?
Designing a strategy for the adoption of Agile best practices across the organisation
Guide teams to ensure that they adhere to Agile techniques, ceremonies and ways of working
Create and lead Agile workshops for stakeholders at all levels
Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to identify and set goals
Championing an Agile mindset to drive cultural change
Collaboration with other Agile coaches and build a network of Agile champions throughout PBWM change delivery
What We're Looking For:
Accredited Agile practitioner
Self-starter who is able to work independently as well as strong collaboration with the wider team
Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels
Experience of working in an Agile transformation environment
Skills That Will Help You In The Role
A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of coaching at all levels and be an expert in the field of Agile methodologies. Ideally, they will have been involved in a similar transformation programme, where they are involved in guiding an organisation through the transition of waterfall to Agile delivery practices. Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential. We are seeking candidates from a variety of change delivery backgrounds
