IT Manager - London - £60-65k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Evolve ERP... Are currently working with a fantastic London based organisation which is going through incredible growth for the hire of an IT Manager on the permanent basis.

As the IT Manager at my client, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing key IT projects, contributing to process improvement initiatives, and fostering innovation throughout the organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of IT, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will be instrumental in driving the company's technological advancements and maintaining a competitive edge in the industry.

Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure Management:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure including hardware, software and networks.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

2. Systems/Applications and Digital Listings Management:

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and systems.
• Manage and update digital listings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for products and new site launches.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to coordinate the integration of digital listings with product launches and site openings.

3. IT Project Management:

• Lead and manage critical IT projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting all requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus but not essential.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of successful IT project delivery.
• Strong technical knowledge across various IT domains, including infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and software development.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring and implementing new technologies.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse IT team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
