IT Project Manager - 70k - London
You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in IT infrastructure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects, including network infrastructure, server infrastructure, and cloud services.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management principles is desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
