Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £60k - £110k per annum

Remote working primarily, but some travel to one of the local offices will be required and some client site travel.

Deerfoot IT Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Change and Transformation Programme Manager. In this Full time role, you will guide the delivery of transformation projects of varying sizes and degrees of complexity.

In this flexible consulting role, you will be responsible for all aspects of project management, having a hugely positive impact on the business. Members of the team can be called on to undertake project audits and/or assurance reviews, PM consultancy, and provide client mentoring and guidance.

The Project Manager will significantly contribute to the development of methods and expand the knowledge base within the practice. You will undertake feasibility studies and business case development and be accountable for project delivery to the agreed cost and time parameters.

We are looking for experienced Programme managers with experience guiding delivery within a client-facing customer-supplier commercial environment as a supplier. You must have exemplary project management and engagement skills with solid previous experience.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Proven experience managing projects in the range 1,500 to 10,000 man-days and £2m to £8m direct delivery budget responsibility
  • Experience of leading delivery within a client facing customer-supplier commercial environment.
  • Innovation in both sales and delivery
  • Proven ability to shape propositions and projects that deliver effective business outcomes for clients while managing internal commercial + delivery risks
  • Excellent people management + leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and lead multidisciplined teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
