Change Project Manager/12 month FTC/60k

An urgent requirement has become available with a well established organisation based just outside of Gloucester.

The client are going through a period of change and will need you for a 12 month period to take the lead on several change efforts.

This role will require you to be working on site 3 days per week.

You will need a proven track record of delivering successful transformation change projects.

Experience required;

- Ability to influence stakeholders at a senior level

- Previous experience managing multiple projects and organisational change

- Strategic thinking, commercial acumen and wider understanding of business drivers

- Presentation skills, ability to prepare and present to a project
