We have an urgent requirement for 1-2 IT Technicians to support a Desktop Refresh on an initial 6 month contract starting in April.

You will be responsible for:
- Device setup and rollout as part of a desktop refresh
- Hardware disposal - collecting kit from across sites and ensuring proper disposal process is followed.
- Room audits - confirming what devices are in each room and if they are functioning correctly
- Device reimaging as required.
- Day to day troubleshooting and support.

Essential skills & experience include:
- Experience of a variety of software and operating systems
- Experience using mobile technologies.
- Experience of software installations and configurations
- Experience with hardware setup, installation, and troubleshooting.

Candidates must be able to work onsite in Dundee 5 days a week and must be able to drive.
