Mayfair based Private Bank are looking to recruit a well presented and articulate 1st line IT support technician.

This position offers hybrid working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home.

In this role you will provide 1st line IT support to approximately 200 users within their London office.

You will be required to deal with IT queries and issues from VIP's and Senior Management.

Technical Skills Needed:

• Excellent communication skills written & verbal
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pro actively
• Diagnose/update calls
• Troubleshoot problems
• Office 365 administration
• Experience of supporting Windows 10.
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills

The ideal candidate will be degree educated with around 12/18 months experience working in a busy corporate or professional services environment with a keen eye on first-time fixes. You will be ambitious, keen to grow, and passionate about Technology.
