SAS Developer/Engineer -Inside IR35 - Hybrid (London) - 6 Month Contract

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled SAS Developer/Engineer to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation with a global presence. This is a 6-month contract position operating inside IR35, offering a hybrid working model with our office conveniently located in Kings Cross or an Alternative office North of London.

As a SAS Developer/Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our Research and Development, supporting on global projects. They are looking for a specialist in Documentation, Troubleshooting and Development.

Key Responsilbites:

• Create new code or maintain existing code for Clinical Systems and their interfaces.
• Prepare comprehensive user requirements.
• Develop functional specifications.
• Create detailed testing scripts.
• Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Analyze and resolve problems efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with end-users until issues are resolved.

Key Skills and Knowledge:

Essential:

• Proficiency in SAS (Statistical Analysis System) and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, web interfaces, and Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with validation methodology.
• Experience working in a clinical environment.
• Ability to advise users on best practices for creating analytics processes, programs, or models to maximize the use of the SAS environment.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Kings Cross - 3 days a week
• Day Rate: Up to £450 Per Day (Inside IR35)
