iO Associates are currently seeking a talented Platform Specialist to join a growing team in Harrow.

Role Description:

As a Platform Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the client's production Servers, cloud environments, and Office 365 applications. Your responsibilities will include providing expertise and guidance to the internal ICT team, contributing to technology roadmaps, and overseeing the Technical Support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high availability and performance of systems and infrastructure.
• Advise on technology strategies and contribute to roadmaps.
• Manage the Technical Support team.
• Drive efficient problem resolution.
• Maintain security compliance.
• Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Expertise in Office 365 and related technologies.
• Intune Experience
• Azure experience
• Powershell Scripting
• Experience in infrastructure management and support.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
