Full Stack Developer (Contract)
Location: Cheshire Country: UK Rate: £450 - £475 per day
Gibbs Hybrid requires an experienced Full Stack Developer for a top UK banking client. Prior experience with enterprise-level banking clients is imperative.
Location: Cheshire, 2 days per week onsite
Day Rate: £450-£475
Duration: 6 months initial contract - extensions likely
Key Skills:
* Advanced Java
* React/iOS/Android UI
* Secure coding experience (secure by design and defensive code approaches)
* SQL (nice to have PostgreSQL)
Responsibilities:
* Develop high-quality software design and architecture.
* Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
* Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
* Automate tasks through appropriate tools and Scripting.
* Review and debug code.
* Perform validation and verification testing.
* Collaborate with internal teams to fix and improve products.
* Document development phases and monitor systems.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
* Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
* Familiarity with common stacks.
* Knowledge of multiple Front End languages and libraries (eg, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
* Knowledge of multiple Back End languages (eg, C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (eg, Angular, React, Node.js).
* Familiarity with databases (eg, MySQL, MongoDB), web Servers (eg, Apache), and UI/UX design.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Great attention to detail.
* Organizational skills.
* An analytical mind.
