Bujsiness Analyst

Key job responsibilities
. Support programming, QA, sampling and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages
. Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers across global panels to support translations tasks and processes
. Evaluates and analyzes research scope, define project needs
. Designs research approach and strategy, define milestones, timelines, and KPI
. Documents end-to-end workflow, RACI, SOP, and SLA as required
. Dives deep and analyzes data from various sources and iterate the mechanisms as needed
. Identifies opportunities to make the workflow more efficient and recommends strategy for streamlining
. Independently or under manager's supervision make high judgement calls on ambiguous issues
. Customer Obsession - Drive excellence in customer engagement and retention policies

About the team
. Leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates
. Drives customer obsessed solutions to custom testing strategies
. Develops visual reporting tools used by cross-team stakeholders
. Partners across multiple teams to deep dive into customer data

Basic qualifications
. 1-2 years of professional experience (marketing, consumer insights, or project management)
. Experience in deploying, programming and/or writing surveys
. Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
. Proficiency in English, and one other LAnguage: French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Italian, or Dutch

Preferred qualifications
. 2+ years of professional experience in the market research field
. Experience translating complex data sets into clear and compelling written narratives
. Strong presentation skills specifically speaking about research methodologies and findings
. Understanding of basic statistics
. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, SPSS, Tableau
