Digital Business Analyst (Ecommerce) - 12 Month FTC Chertsey (Contract/Permanent)
Location: Chertsey Country: UK Rate: Up to £65k
 

Digital Business Analyst - eCommerce - mobile apps - web - SAP Hybris - SAP Commerce Cloud - Adobe Experience Manager - AEM

12 months; Fixed Term Contract

2 to 3 days/week onsite in Chertsey

I am looking for a Business Analyst with experience working on digital E-commerce projects associated with SAP Hybris/Commerce Cloud or Adobe Experience Manager.

Reporting to the Digital Programme Manager, the Digital Business Analyst will work closely with the Project Managers and the Support team to deliver key projects across the E-commerce platform. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and pick up in-flight projects, as well as work on projects from initiation through to completion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital Project Manager during the start-up and planning phase to ensure digital projects and initiatives are set up for successful delivery.
  • Deliver business requirements, business process design and functional design activities for Digital and E-commerce projects
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and business specifications in Jira and Confluence.
  • Document project requirements through the writing of user stories supported by explicit acceptance criteria
  • Continuously iterate and refine acceptance criteria based on feedback and changing business needs
  • Obtain sign-off from stakeholders on acceptance criteria to formalise agreement and minimize misunderstandings during implementation, ensuring they are integrated into the QA process.
  • Create any relevant as-is and to-be process flows/swim lane diagrams for projects
  • Create and execute user acceptance test scripts

Skills Required

  • Business analysis experience working within a digital marketing and E-commerce function
  • Experience of delivering business requirements, business process design and functional design on digital change and E-commerce projects.
  • Proven experience across a range of E-commerce technologies and platforms including SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle in the Agile Model
