Location: Manchester Country: UK Rate: £70k per annum + 10% Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and entrepreneurial clothing brand in a pivotal role. This role will work alongside the CIO and key business stakeholders and teams across all functional areas of the business.
The purpose if this role is to lead the way in shaping the future business processes, ways of working and technology to support continued rapid growth across multiple operating models including retail, M&A, partnerships models and brand development.
Stakeholder engagement, the ability to build relationships quickly, being able to make the complex simple and being able to communicate a clear vision for future ways of working will be critical for success in this role.
You will be expected to have a detailed understanding of operating models and business processes and be a true "retailer at heart". This is a hands on role where you'll need to be comfortable wearing many and multiple "hats" and working within an unstructured environment that is constantly evolving. Skills required:
- Project Management experience gained within a retail environment in one or more of the following core retail areas; Buying, Merchandising, Production, Sourcing, International, Finance, HR and Logistics. M&A integration experience would also be desirable.
- Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Architecture.
- Experience of ERP solutions within a retail environment
- Experience of large scale business change/transformational change programmes which include complex business process change as well as IT change.
