Business Analyst - Manchester (2 days per week) - Contract (Contract)

Location: Manchester Country: UK Rate: £400 - £500 per day
 

I have a requirement for 2 x Contract Business Analysts to join my growing E-commerce Manchester based business.

The client are looking for two specialists to work on a specific project in which you will be:

What you'll be doing:

  • Work closely with the business by being part of a Scrum Development team;
  • Discuss new requirements with Product Management to understand the vision of the product, prioritizations and roadmap items;
  • Help developers and testers with requirements engineering and story refinement;
  • Apply your understanding of software development life cycle;
  • Develop cutting edge applications together with the Scrum Teams for external customers.

What we need from you:

  • Understanding of software development and interest in new technologies
  • Familiar with Agile software development methodology and/or working with Scrum teams is desired
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into stories/requirements
  • Good understanding of UX & Design principles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Communicative, collaborative personality with hands-on mentality

The role is outside IR35, will last until the end of 2024 and rates are DOE.

Please note that you MUST be prepared to work 2 days per week in Manchester to be suitable for this role.
