Our client is looking for an ITSM Functional Consultant to work on a contractual basis.
The ideal candidate for the position must have the following qualifications:
- Hands-on work experience on Service Management tools like ServiceNow, Summit
- Proven people management skills
- Experience of performance data analysis of ITIL® processes
- ITIL® process functional consulting domain or ITIL® Process owner/manager experience
- ServiceNow® certification is preferred but not a must
- Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
