6 months rolling contract, Hybrid Working (London)
Bench IT require an experienced Business Analyst to join a large programme starting ASAP on a long-term project. This is a hybrid working role working 2 days per week in the city of London. This is for a BA to assist within Private Markets & Private Credit.
The successful candidates should have the skills and experience included below:
- Strong BA experience
- Experience working in Asset Management/Investment Management/Wealth Management
- Experience working within Private markets or Private Credit
- Comfortable partnering with business and IT (internal and external) to discuss, document and deliver system based changes using Agile methodologies
- Understand Target Operating Model
- Write User Stories, Features, Epics
- Deliver analysis artefacts incl. user stories, with defined acceptance criteria and any associated mapping specifications for development and testing
- Solid BA experience devising, agreeing, drafting and implementing operating model changes, preferably globally - desirable
- Experience of drafting and executing a run book across lines of business/geographies - desirable
