Description of Role:
Our travel technology client is seeking a dedicated Change Manager to oversee ongoing Change Management activities and drive continuous support improvements. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the quality of the ITIL-aligned change management process to meet the evolving needs of their global clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality assessments of the change management support process.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Develop performance measurement and reporting systems.
- Promote a customer-focused and performance-driven change management culture.
- Assess complex changes and gather technical information.
- Ensure thorough testing and validation processes.
- Specify and validate change windows in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure quality documentation submission for change approval.
- Facilitate cross-functional review for complex changes.
- Conduct Change Control Board meetings and record decisions.
- Schedule and execute approved changes.
- Record change outcomes on relevant systems.
- Prepare monthly change process execution data for reports.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Relevant Work Experience:
- 8+ years in technology support or service management.
- Experience in managing high-tech solutions and understanding passenger processing flows.
Skills:
- Proficiency in collaborating with software development teams using agile methodologies.
- Experience with AWS, Elastic Search, and ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and software development life cycles.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
