2nd Line Support Engineer (Permanent)
Location: Dorset Country: UK Rate: £30k - £37k per annum
Onsite 2nd Line Engineer

As an experienced Engineer, you will come with a background in troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting a diverse range of systems. You're good at effectively prioritising and managing multiple open issues simultaneously, paying meticulous attention to detail.
Your ability to work independently will be valued along with your experience with:
- Microsoft Exchange
- Active Directory
- Cloud (Azure, AWS or Google cloud)
- SCCM
- Office 365
- Mobile Device Management
- Intune
- Windows Servers (full range)
- Server Virtualisation (HyperV/VMWare)
- Local Area Networking
- Symantec Products
- Cisco LAN/WAN (Routers, Switches, ASAs)
- Routing/switching equipment including, but not limited to, Cisco, Dell, HP Switches, Routers and Firewalls
- Citrix (XenDesktop)
- Formal IT qualification, ideally MCSE/MCITP or multiple MCPs massively advantageous
- Sharepoint 2010/2013
You will work on site 5 days a week, so you will be someone who really enjoys face to face interaction. You will certainly be part of something very exciting with great plans in the pipeline.
* Due to the nature of this role, you must be SC Cleared or willing to go through SC Clearance, so it important that you have been in the UK for at least 5 years.
