IT Support Engineer - up to £45K Leatherhead (Permanent)

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey Country: UK Rate: £35k - £45k per annum
 

IT Support Engineer - up to £45K Leatherhead

We are seeking a talented IT Support Engineer to join our team. As part of a dynamic team, you'll play a key role in providing technical support to our branches and head office, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent service. Join Our Team as an IT Support Engineer.

What are we looking for:
* Proficient IT support experience.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft stack, including Office 365, ENTRA, conditional access, and Intune.
* Microsoft security compliance and defender.
* Pprovide hardware and software support.
* Experience with network infrastructure.
* Passion for IT systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Deal with technical problems logged by internal staff via a ticket system.
* Support all entities across the business with multiple sites based within the south of the UK both remotely and in person.
* Manage the Managed Service Provider
* Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, and applications.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications.
* Utilise your expertise in the Microsoft stack, including Office 365, ENTRA, conditional access, and Intune.
* Support IT projects, such as cybersecurity initiatives, hardware replacement/upgrades, and the integration of new technologies.
* Acting as an on-site contact for IT-related incidents logged through our outsourced IT support provider and service desk ticket system.
* Managing tickets for new starter IT kit, movers, leavers and returning kit (laptop, desktops, mobile phones)
