A client of mine is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team, and support on ServiceNow projects.

The role is a 6 month renewable contract, with the day rate open depending on experience.

The position is 3 days in Luxembourg City, and 2 days remote.

You will need to be fluent in both English & French.

Job description:

• Coaching: Train and coach project teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum meetings: Daily Standups, Sprint Schedules, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Conflict Resolution: Manage conflicts within project teams to maintain a healthy and productive work environment.
• Optimize processes: Identify and implement process improvements to maximize team efficiency.
• Quality control of Agile processes: Ensure that team members respect the Scrum processes put in place.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on Agile maturity within projects to stakeholders and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Competencies Required:

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the banking sector.
• Strong understanding and management of Agile project.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
• Excellent communication skills, proven leadership, ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
• Certification: Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Azure DevOps tool.
