Queensland water scheme to create 100 jobs

A $170 million investment in sewerage and water treatment facilities by Toowoomba regional council could offer 100 new jobs, it has been reported.
Peter Taylor, mayor of the Queensland city, told the Chronicle that a five-year scheme would create new treatment plants in Wellcamp, Wyreema and Wetalla, as well as a new pipeline system.
