ServiceNow Technical Expert (Contract)

Location: Belgium
 

*ServiceNow Technical Expert - 12months + - Belgium/Remote - Start May*

We are looking for a ServiceNow expert to reinforce the SN Competency Centre and help to setup and operate the ServiceNow Platform and ITSM Tools.

Responsibilities:
1. Setup, administration and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform (including components such as MID Servers) and the ITSM application
2. CMDB & Data Quality management
3. Monitoring, administration and troubleshooting of integrations of ServiceNow with other corporate systems
4. Managing ServiceNow releases from sub-production to production environments and version upgrades
5. Testing of new features, functionalities, and releases
6. Liaising with users and customers for incidents and requests
7. Liaising with ServiceNow for monitoring the ServiceNow platform and raising incidents to ServiceNow
8. Knowledge transfer with the team and others

Requirements:

  • ITIL foundation certified (and proven experience with ITIL processes)
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
  • Experience with ITSM tools

Project details:

  • Start: Mid-May
  • Duration: 12 months (+ option to extend)
  • Workload: 5 days per week
  • Location: Belgium, Remote
  • Language: English or French
