UX Designer vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.

Your tasks:

• Collaborating with engineers and managers to ensure design quality meets required outcomes
• Planning, managing, and executing prioritized work to achieve design objectives
• Improving quality and consistency within project scopes, addressing low-to-medium complexity design and user problems
• Identifying and solving problems within project teams, delivering practical and creative solutions
• Contributing to cross-project collaborations, providing training and guidance to junior UX designers
• Utilizing expertise in UX design to lead design contributions, advocating for user-centered approaches, and driving design strategies

Your experience/knowledge:

• 3 years+ of hands-on experience in UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centric design principles and processes
• Strong knowledge of product development process, user characteristics and goals to inform product development
• Knowledge of Data-Driven Design to analyze information, draw conclusions, and use data to add value to business strategies
• Skills in crafting compelling narratives using data to elicit empathy and create buy-in, storytelling.
• Experience with high fidelity mocks design tools.
• Motion design
• Ability to blend aesthetics and brand styling for cohesive and scalable designs

Your soft skills:

• Capability to prepare effective presentations, and speak competently to the audience
