Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Capex Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules with a focus on Capital Expenditure (Capex) processes. As a SAP FICO Capex Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP FICO Capex functionalities to support the company's financial operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configuration and Implementation: Configure SAP FICO modules to support Capex processes including asset accounting, investment management, and project systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

2. System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO Capex module and other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP). Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline end-to-end Capex processes.

3. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for SAP FICO Capex functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and perform system enhancements as needed. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. End User Training: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users on SAP FICO Capex processes and functionalities. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.

5. Documentation and Reporting: Document system configurations, processes, and procedures related to SAP FICO Capex module. Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into Capex spending, budget utilization, and ROI analysis.

6. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to SAP FICO Capex module. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization to enhance the effectiveness of Capex management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of X years of experience in SAP FICO module with a focus on Capex processes.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP FICO Capex functionalities.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and Capex management processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
