- Salesforce Erfahrungen > 5 Jahre
- optionale Zertifizierungen Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud ggfs. App Builder
- Erfahrung im Zusammenspiel Salesforce Plattform mit Umsystemen (Telefonie, Abrechnungssystem, Tarifrechner)
- Optional: Erfahrungen mit der Experience Cloud
- Optional: Erfahrungen in der Energiewirtschaft
Ihre Aufgaben
- Zusammenspiel der Salesforce-Plattform mit den Umsystemen (Telefonie, Billing-System, Tarifrechner)
- Große Salesforce Implementierung bei einem Energie Service Provider
- Kundenanforderungen aufnehmen und im Salesforce Frontend umsetzen, weniger programmieren
