Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a experienced PMI accredited SAP S/4HANA Integration Project Manager to lead full life cycle integration projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects with recent mergers and acquisitions, specifically within the food manufacturing industry, and be adept at integrating non-SAP clients into new SAP landscapes.

PMI and PRINCE2 certifications are required.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
Lead and oversee SAP S/4HANA integration projects from start to finish.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Manage resources and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved on time and within budget.

Integration Expertise:
Direct the integration of SAP S/4HANA with existing systems and processes.
Ensure successful integration during mergers and acquisitions.
Address and resolve integration challenges specific to the Food manufacturing industry.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and supply chain.
Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to executive leadership and project sponsors.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and quality checks.
Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation.
Prepare and present detailed project status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure all project information is accurate and accessible to relevant parties.

Process Improvement:
Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.
Apply best practices in project management and integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA integration projects.
Strong knowledge of integrating SAP with non-SAP systems.
Experience managing integration projects in the food manufacturing industry.

Food manufacturing industry experience (Must Have).

Project Management Certification: (Must have)

PMI (Project Management Institute) certification.
PRINCE2 certification.

Industry Experience:
Proven experience in managing projects involving mergers and acquisitions.
Specific experience with SAP rollouts in the Food manufacturing sector/or Drinks manufacturing industry. (Food and Beverages).

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve integration issues.
Ability to manage complex projects and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SAP modules relevant to food manufacturing (eg, SAP QM, SAP PP, SAP MM).
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
Understanding of regulatory requirements in the food industry.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
