Systems Administrator (Permanent)

Location: Edinburgh, Scotland Country: UK Rate: £40k - £50k

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full end-to-end set-up and management of the networking and systems environments.
  • Crafting and maintaining a custom Linux distribution tailored for security and performance.
  • Provide desktop and application support within the Edinburgh office, as well as remotely to other locations.
  • Maintenance of the infrastructure, networks, and systems. This will be across Linux and Windows Switches, wireless networks, Firewalls and more.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience working in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience configuring Linux system environments.
  • Extensive experience deploying networks, including Cisco and Juniper.
  • Extensive knowledge of network security.
  • Good knowledge of O365, Sharepoint, and Teams.
