About the Role:

As a Technical Product Owner (TPO), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this amazing businesses eCommerce brands. Collaborating closely with Product Management, Delivery Management, and Engineering teams, you'll be at the forefront of organising and prioritising team backlogs. From features and functions to technical debt and non-functional requirements, you'll ensure that every aspect is meticulously addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
  • Take ownership of the backlog, ensuring the team is equipped with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive pre-sprint activities and facilitate smooth sprint execution.
  • Prioritise service desk items and technical debt, maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics for measuring success and performance.
  • Foster a community of Technical Product Owners, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrable experience in Agile methodology, preferably within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • A strong proficiency in business analysis principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • A drive for project success, even under tight time constraints.
  • Experience in B2C eCommerce or the Travel, Tourism, Hospitality or Retail industries.
