Project Responsibilities:

• Enterprise technology/IT operating models
• Product operating model design
• SAFe/Agile operating model
• Technology workforce/location/sourcing strategy
• Technology organisation sizing and design
• Technology career model design, re-skilling/learning plans and enablement

Requirements:

• Fluent in the end-to-end functions, capabilities and processes of end-to-end technology delivery for infrastructure and applications
• Significant experience in designing and implementing operating models within technology functions
• Ability to facilitate workshops and productive strategic discussions for creation of technology operating models
• Literate in the topics of DevOps and SRE and their application at enterprise scale technology organisations
• Certified in ITIL service management and/or Agile/SAFe practitioner

Nice to haves:

• Industry experience in Banking, Health, Utilities and Defence
