Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Bank Trade to organize and coordinate programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company's culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations.
Key Skills:
- Banking experience in Wholesale Banking and atleast one end to end implementation of Trade Finance Product/Platform experience
- Relevant experience in Software Delivery Project and Trade Finance
- Ability to clearly communicate value proposition of solutions to business heads and leaders in Banking organizations
- Working knowledge of LCs (Import, Export LCs), Import Export Collections, BGs, Standby LC, Open Account Trade Services,
- Experience in running transformation project that involves changes across technology and operations
- Demonstrated 6-10 years of experience in project management
- Full end to end project management in a lead role
- Understanding of Overall System Architecture, good understanding of technologies cutting across all layers of architecture
- Hands-on Agile or Hybrid Agile Development Methodology/Implementation, Estimation skills based on inputs from Functional and Technical Teams
- Clear articulation of Risks and detailing out plans to address/mitigate
Must haves:
- Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
- A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence
- Strong MS Office skills - Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project
- Detail oriented, meticulous yet able to see the big picture.
- Fast learner with inquisitive mind and structured process in task execution
- Good attitude, highly-motivated self-starter and strong team player and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Project Reporting - Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders
