Network Engineer (Contract)
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside, England Country: UK Rate: £575 per day
 

Network Engineer (SC Cleared) - £575/day Inside IR35 - Short-Term Assignment - Home Based - SCC FLEX CONTRACT

We are seeking a Network Engineer (active SC Clearance) with specialized expertise in FortiClient to assist with a short-term project. The network architect will be responsible for the implementation of FortiClient Remote Access, in conjunction with FortiClient EMS, based on a completed design.

Your Responsibilities as the Network Engineer for this project:

  • Installation of FortiEMS server
  • Configuration of VPN functionality on the FortiGate
  • Configuration of client profiles as per requirements
  • Configuration of certificate-based authentication
  • Assistance with the deployment of the client
  • Initial testing and pilot
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of any outstanding issues
  • Update the LLD to reflect the final implementation

As the right Network Engineer, you will have:

  • SC clearance is mandatory
  • Proven experience implementing FortiClient Remote Access, including FortiClient EMS
  • In-depth understanding of VPN functionality and certificate-based authentication
  • Installation of FortiGate
  • Installation of FortiClient on end-user machines
