I'm supporting a leading utilities provider seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their Security Engineering team.

The ideal Scrum Master must have prior experience working closely with security teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Arrange and lead agile ceremonies, daily scrum, sprint planning, refinement sessions, discovery sessions, sprint demo and retrospectives
  • Challenge teams to improve processes and inspire them to find new better ways of working
  • Help identify and mitigate delivery risks
  • Drive, track and communicate the progress of sprints and releases through team velocity and burn-down charts and other useful metrics

What you will bring to the role:

  • Strong practical experience and understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)/Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, XP, BDD and TDD
  • Having worked in teams delivering complex projects on time and schedule, resolving problems at team and organisation level
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience managing stakeholders and teams
  • Experience in effectively collaborating with wider non-agile teams
