Automation Engineer - Active Directory, PowerShell, Endpoint, Cloud - £450 - £500 p/day - Inside IR35 - Remote role (with some ad-hoc site visits required)

Active Directory Automation Engineer with excellent PowerShell Scripting experience, covering multiple site in and around Scotland.

Key Skill and Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the lead Automation Engineer on a large Active Directory consolidation project
  • Required to Design an Active Directory Consolidation process coupled with an Enterprise Access Model tiered design, providing significantly improved security
  • Cover Service Desk Automations; writing code for service desk requirements
  • Writing bespoke code for infrastructural changes; both cloud and on-premise infrastructure, configuration with code and reporting functions
  • Must decommission ADFS and upgrade of identity functions; Decommission and convert all domains from federated to managed utilising a staged migration process for multiple 4500+ users
  • Exchange Distribution group migration; Using PowerShell to convert on-premise DLs to cloud based distribution groups
