DIGITAL STRATEGY CONSULTANT - PART TIME/2 DAYS PER WEEK - OUTSIDE IR35

Loriens leading Public Sector client is looking to bring on a highly experienced Digital Strategy Consultant to join their team on a 2 day per week basis, initial for 6 months.

We require a highly experienced Digital Strategy Consultant to:

• Review specific projects within our wider Digital Transformation programme to provide assurance that the approach being taken is optimal and to identify any risk mitigation opportunities
• Identify opportunities for using commercial partners to increase access to highly specialised staff and to allow for the flexible scaling of Digital teams

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience in leadership positions within public sector Digital departments
• Extensive knowledge and experience of creating and managing partnerships between public sector organisations and commercial companies
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to c-suite
• Credibility as a leader in Digital transformation community
• Proven ability to mentor permanent staff

This role is mainly remote working, however there is an expectation that you will work from the Glasgow office as and when required.The successful candidate is not expected to be needed for more than 2 days per week on average with exact working hours to be flexible.
