Lean Six Sigma Analyst (Green Belt Required) (Permanent)

Location: Manchester Country: UK Rate: £40k - £50k per annum + Healthcare, Hybrid Working, Pension
 

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an innovative Professional services firm as a Lean Six Sigma Analyst on a permanent basis.

As a Lean Six Sigma Analyst in this business, you will work on projects both internally and externally (client facing). This is great exposure for someone passionate about a long-term career in the lean six sigma/operational excellence/continuous improvement space.

Description

As a Lean Six Sigma Analyst, you will join the Consulting & Technology team on a permanent basis. It will be your role to deliver continuous improvement and change management to a wide variety of interesting clients, combining people, process and technology.

You will deliver green and yellow belt projects including post-implementation reviews and help clients to eliminate unnecessary complexity within their business processes, recommending more efficient ways of working.

It will also be your responsibility to coach your colleagues who are working towards their yellow belt as they move through the certification process- if you are looking to manage in the future, this is fantastic experience to have!

Profile

The successful candidate must have worked in a similar role previously whether that be in project management, continuous improvement, operational excellence or change management. The key factor is that you must have a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and be able to demonstrate experience using the methodologies associated.

My client are also preferably looking for someone who comes from a professional services background eg legal sector/consultancy. They will also consider applications from individuals who have worked in financial services and possibly retail.

You must be able to demonstrate working experience with various project delivery methodologies such as DMAIC, Agile, Waterfall etc.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary up to £50,000
  • Hybrid working (the opportunity to work from home, typically for half of the week)
