Duration: 6 months

I am currently seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the implementation, development, and delivery of a VNDLY implementation - a cutting-edge technology product aimed at providing a solution for Contingent Worker Timesheeting. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our clients project and ensuring seamless integration into their operational processes.

What you will do:
Collaborate with the Director of People Operations and key stakeholders to establish optimal solutions for the contingent workforce. Define and prioritize product features in collaboration with the implementation team to simplify user experience. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions. Create and maintain a clear product backlog for continuous improvement. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries during implementation and post-launch. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to maintain timelines and quality standards. Conduct stakeholder meetings and product demonstrations to gather feedback and drive necessary changes. Prioritize and manage product defects, enhancements, and change requests. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launch and adoption.

Responsibilities:
Define, prioritize, and deliver product features in alignment with business objectives. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful product delivery. Actively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Regularly assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills:
Hands on experience with workday Excellent Stakeholder management experience 5+ years experience as a product owner
