M365 Lead Project Engineer - 12 Month FTC
Job Purpose:
Lead project engineer responsible for planning and executing Tenant Migration project, facilitating the transition from UK to global tenant. Manage migration activities across M365 applications including Exchange Online, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, AvePoint (M365 backup), Power Applications, and MS D365.
Responsibilities:
Provide 3rd line M365 consultation, focusing on project deliverables.
Ensure technical readiness and smooth transition within M365 tenant.
Support Digital Services Manager and delivery team across the UK portfolio.
Maintain high standards in service delivery and operational functionality of the platform.
Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online.
Knowledge of Microsoft security, compliance, and identity tools such as Azure Information Protection, DLP, Security Centre, Compliance Centre, Retention Policies.
Familiarity with AvePoint (M365 backup), Windows 10 Lifecycle Management, Modern Endpoint Management, Intune, PowerShell Scripting, Multiple Domain AD Environments, Power Platform.
Experience in project leadership, design, and implementation.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in end-user training and system documentation.
Additional Information:
Collaborate closely with an experienced team.
Experience in professional services sector preferred.
