AV/Network Support
Join a dynamic AV Client Services team, playing a vital role in delivering top-notch technical support to our valued clients worldwide. Here's what you'll be doing:
Assist clients with technical support needs, whether through our Helpdesk or on-site, ensuring timely resolution of reported faults.
Prioritize efficiency and effectiveness in resolving client issues.
Take ownership of client requests, ensuring they receive the appropriate level of support according to their maintenance agreement.
Foster strong client relationships by providing expert technical assistance via phone or videoconference, followed up promptly with email summaries for clear communication.
Champion remote diagnostics to swiftly troubleshoot AV systems and infrastructure, minimizing downtime.
Travel to client sites as needed to identify and resolve faults, providing support to fellow engineers as required.
Promptly escalate client issues to management when necessary.
Stay informed and proficient in our portfolio of solutions and services, with a focus on infrastructure, cloud video services, and Microsoft integration.
Contribute to in-house and beta testing efforts to ensure product robustness and a deep understanding of manufacturer offerings.
Skills:
Experience in Network support orientated around commercial AV integration.
Be knowledgeable on and conversant with the Company's portfolio of solutions and services (including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Poly, Cisco, Yealink, Barco, Extron, Kramer, Crestron, AMX, ClearOne and Biamp) and with particular emphasis on infrastructure, cloud video services and Microsoft integration.
