Windows SME (10/11 Deployement) (Contract)

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire Country: UK Rate: 380 GBP/Day (Inside IR35)
 

Role description: (Please include a brief outline of the impact this role will have, including overview of customer industry and projects, access to cutting-edge technology etc.)

Carryout Windows 11 Deployments at Portman House. They will also be responsible for logging and reviewing incidents, supporting users on Windows 11, and participating in Incident triage sessions.

Additionally, they will conduct route cause analysis for incidents and provide technical support for challenges that the Service Desk cannot resolve.

The focus is to provide swift and professional technical support for desktop problems and on-demand technical support requirements.

The engineer will also provide feedback to improve the Service Desk and create and review KBAs to share knowledge between the project and BAU.

Key responsibilities: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)

  • Windows 11 Deployments
  • Logging and reviewing incidents
  • Conduct route cause analysis for incidents and provide technical support for challenges that the Service Desk cannot resolve.
  • The engineer will also provide feedback to improve the Service Desk and create and review KBAs to share knowledge between the project and BAU.

Key skills/knowledge/experience: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)

  • Strong knowledge in Windows 10/11 & Intune, Autopilot
  • Extensive work experience on Windows 11 & Azure, Intune
  • Good knowledge in Cloud technologies.
  • Rich experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, analysis and implementation. In addition to prior work experience and business skills,
  • Expertise in Windows 10, 11 Migration & Troubleshooting & Various tools SCCM, Intune, Application testing with in the TCS, as part of the commitment towards a smooth and successful service performance.
  • Expertise in Application Packaging and troubleshooting
