Operation Service Manager - 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35

Hamilton Barnes is seeking an Operations Manager/Service Manager for a 6-month contract within a leading IT-Consultancy.

You'll oversee service operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and successful execution. Responsibilities include planning, resource coordination, progress tracking, risk management, stakeholder communication, and team collaboration.

You'll also handle conflict resolution, decision-making, and progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer relations and manage services within Network and Data Center Operations.
  • Ensure SLA fulfillment.
  • Standardize processes and service management.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Leadership to motivate teams and provide clear direction.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
  • Problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during program implementation.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical knowledge may be required based on program requirements.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months (multiple contract extensions available)
  • Location: Hybrid (Some ad hoc travel may be required)
