On Behalf of our Global Consulting partner, Focus on SAP is currently seeking an SAP GTS Consultant for a UK based contract opportunity. As an SAP GTS Consultant, you will participate in all stages of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) implementation, encompassing blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping business processes to SAP, data migration (conversion, transformation, and loading), internal training, prototype design, development, testing, go-live support, user training, and post-production assistance.

Skills/Responsibilities:

• Over 8+ years of comprehensive experience in SAP project implementation, rollout, and support, focusing on GTS 10.1 and above. Specialized in Foreign Trade Customer processing with domain expertise.
• Proficient in establishing communication channels between ECC or S/4 HANA and GTS, as well as between GTS and external custom Servers in the US and EU.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP GTS, covering Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, Global Trade Trends, Preference Management, Intrastat, and Electronic Compliance Reporting. Well-versed in integration modules such as SD, MM, WM, and FI.
• Skilled in conducting GTS workshops, translating business processes into SAP, migrating Legacy data, and providing end-user training. Experienced in managing interfaces between GTS and external systems.
• Hands-on experience in Compliance Management, including SPL Screening, collaboration with SPL vendors, rule setting, embargo management, and legal control for import and export license determination.
• Implemented Classification, Free Trade Agreements, and region-specific Import and Export processes.
• Extensive experience in Customs Management for both Export and Import processes, with expertise in configuration and customization.
• Proficient in communication processes related to self-filing or broker communication.
• Strong understanding and implementation experience in Legal and Statutory Regulations, as well as country-specific settings and enhancements, such as Legal Units, import and export management, and Commodity codes.
• Knowledgeable in Country-specific Licensing, SPL, ECCN, Embargo, Free Trade Agreements, and 2TS, adept at implementing based on customer-specific requirements.
• Creation of Functional/Business design documents to meet customer requirements and address any gaps.
• Strong English communication.
