Experience in Managing Large Testing for digital E-commerce projects covering Digital Mobility platforms like CMS, AEM, Digital, Hybris, Demand ware & Magneto
Experience in Service Layer level testing like Web services/micro services
Experience in Driving Automation Test Strategies with a Good understanding of Automation Testing to lead projects delivering Automation solutions
Good knowledge on Functional testing, System Integration, compatibility, Accessibility DAM, Mobility & OS Localization testing.
Experience with end-to-end systems integration testing within E-commerce platform
Experienced in developing test cases, test management, for functional, mobile, both Front End and Back End testing, UI testing
Experience with JIRA ALM Good knowledge on TDM
Should be able to provide insights and outlook on NextGen Technologies and help guide the team to implement and build capabilities around it
Should have a good understanding of various delivery methodologies.
Should be able to drive and coordinate testing with offshore resources to meet timelines
Provide Technical consulting, review Test strategy of other delivery projects
participate in account reviews support any critical issues or escalations on a need basis
Participates in sprint planning and standups
Responsible for test planning strategy and estimation along with the PM
Responsible for integrity of testing and acceptance activities
Should know how websites work and can talk and explain technical issues to the developers and be able to understand technical direction from the development teams
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Own the quality of the Ecommerce sites and take pride and initiative in ensuring the site looks good and functions as it needs to
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have at least 3+ years of Test Manager experience
Strong understanding of CMS/AEM/Sitecore/Digital packages Hybris Demand ware/Magento testing
Must have strong Ecommerce skills.
Strong understanding in SDLC STLC process Test Strategy Plan Test Estimation
Should have the experience of leading teams to deliver automation using tools like Java Selenium, SOAP Rest Assured, Rest API.
Good understanding of Accessibility testing and Web/Google Analytics
