Project Coordinator - eDisclosure (Permanent)

Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: Up to £70k
 

We are seeking a legal focused Project Coordinator to join a global Law Firm client of ours on a permanent basis. The desired candidate will have experience with Litigation eDisclosure to ensure that delivery of an efficient, consistent and high-quality approach to eDisclosure (litigation and arbitration), Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), and investigations is met.

LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

3 days per week on-site, 2 days working remotely

The role:

  • You will work directly with fee earners in relation to eDsiclsoure projects, forming part of the litigation support unit.
  • Provide guidance on planning and delivery of the firm's eDisclosure matters, whether in London or in one of their global offices
  • Training fee earners in the use of Relativity, Brainspace, or any other platform of use from time to time, and support the successful progress of the projects by liaising with the chosen vendors
  • Conduct post-matter reviews with the fee earners and the eDisclosure vendor to improve processes and alongside the Disputes Knowledge Council

Your Experience

  • Law firm experience is essential.
  • eDisclsoure experience is essential
  • Understanding of Legal Framework of eDisclosure, existing rules, protocols and practises
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Relativity, NUIX, SQL, SharePoint, MS Office (including Excel, and Project), EDRM methodology and Magnum are essential
