Programme Manager (Business Transformation/Non-IT), £950 per day inside IR35

Bench IT require an experienced Programme Manager to assist our client in a range of Business Transformation project. This is a comprehensive senior-level position that combines strategic program management with transformational change leadership. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational transformation within our customer's global enterprise. This position will be working hybrid with 3 days per week in London and the remainder working remotely.

• Proven experience working as Programme Manager to drive Business Transformation across Non-IT projects, ideally from a Consultancy, Real Estate or Property Management background
