As a Project Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the scheduling of all client-facing work and the management and co-ordination of external projects. You will work alongside experienced senior Project Managers and technical consultants to ensure these are delivered on time, within budget, and within agreed project parameters.

Experience working for a Managed Service IT Solutions Provide would be ideal - Working with tech engineers across Cloud & Modern Workplace. To be successful at this role, you will need to effectively collaborate with Project Managers to enhance project governance and controls, as well as ensure project compliance and delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Project scheduling and coordination
  • Ensure new projects are set with the correct governance and supporting documentation to enable project initiation
  • Support and assist Project Managers in the delivery of projects, including:
  • Project planning and phasing
  • Resource alignment and scheduling
  • Procurement
  • Client engagement
  • Highlight reports

Reporting

  • Resource allocation and requirements
  • Commercial forecasts and actuals
  • Project RAG
  • Compilation of data to facilitate analysis of completed projects

Timesheet management

  • Review and ensure accurate time recording by all project resources.
  • Work with engineering staff to ensure that all type of absence is recorded
