Software Testing Consultancy seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to join our dynamic team for a prestigious global client. The successful candidate will oversee the testing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in our SAP/Finance/HR systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work in central London with the flexibility of a hybrid remote working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end testing process for SAP/Finance/HR systems.
• Develop, implement, and maintain test strategies, plans, and scripts.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of testing requirements.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to the testing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in testing SAP/Finance/HR systems.
• Proven track record of managing and leading testing projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid remote working environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Certification in testing (ISTQB Foundation minimum, preferably ISTQB Test Manager).
